Exam Fever and how to tackle it

Study have shown that, a students' performance in examination is very much effected by the tension of it. However, it depends on the student totally. You can not escape from exam, but you can escape from tension by obeying the following steps:


1.Have a good schedule for completing all the syllabus which you have.

2.On the day of the exam, feel happy!

3.Sleep sufficiently:

4.While you are studying, take a break when you are feeling tired and your mind starts to wander away

5.Ask a senior or more knowledgeable person to prepare sample tests for you.

6.Exercise

7.Avoid junk foods, especially avoid meat, fried foods, chocolates and soft drinks etc.

8.Think about the time after the exam.

9.Drink lots and lots of water. 

10.Keep reminding yourself that your hard work will not go to waste.

11.Avoid people that stress you.

12.Don't make a last minute review just before the exam, because it will cause more stress.
